Matt has been involved in Lexington real estate since 1998. His career began on the building side of the equation working for Ball Homes. After a year in building for Ball, Matt began representing Ball Homes as one of their agents and would be a top agent for them for the next 17yrs. Matt is a full service Realtor® and a member of the Million Dollar Club, the Home Builders Association of Lexington, and the Sales and Marketing Council. Matt attributes his successful results to patience, persistence, and an awareness of and adaptability to his sellers' and buyers' needs. Since 2004, Matt succeeds in being in the top 5% of all Realtors in Central Kentucky for volume of homes bought and sold on a yearly basis.
